Eligibility for MBA in Human Resource Management - MBA (HRM)

Honours minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD) candidates or equivalent courses where Honours are not available, from a recognized university; Graduates in any professional course (Engineering, etc.) LL.B (5 years) of a recognized University are also eligible. Those who will be appearing in such examinations within June 2021 may also apply.

Selection Process for MBA in Human Resource Management

  • The CAT scores of the applicants is obtained from the IIM admission committee.
  • On the basis of a cut-off mark of the CAT score, the candidates are called for Group Discussion and Interview at IISWBM Calcutta.
  • The final list of the selected candidates will be prepared strictly on the basis of merit.
