Sona Banerjee is a certified communication training expert with nearly two and a half decades of experience in India and internationally. She specializes in Business Communication and Soft Skills training for graduate students and working executives.

For the last 20 years, Sona Banerjee has been teaching Business English Communication and soft skills to students of IISWBM in various programs like MBA, MHRM, MSW, etc. She has also conducted workshops sponsored by UGC on Communicative English Language Usage for Library & Information Science Professionals organized by the Department of Library & Information Science. Sona Banerjee has also conducted numerous Management Development Programs on communication and soft skills.

Sona Banerjee did her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Education from Calcutta University and her Diploma in Mass Communication from Jadavpur University. She also earned a Diploma in How to Teach English as a Foreign / Second Language from Cambridge University, UK.
