Presently working on a research proposal on Minority Craftsmen in West Bengal under Department of Minority Affairs and Madrasha Education Department. As an external expert, just completed the technical bid evaluation of selected advertising agencies for promotional campaign of Jute and Jute products for National Jute Board, Govt. of India. Also lead the final selection team at National Jute Board. Worked as Principal consultant of two major assessment study on Capability Maturity models for a top PSU in India. Bridge and Roof & EPIL.

Also trained all the marketing professionals of IRCTC in November 2019. Shall be conducting a training programme of marketing professionals of Postal Department, Govt of India in January 2019.

On invitation of the British High Commission ,India, trained the MENSA Consular HOS on Project Management. The participants were from North Africa, Middle East & South East Asian counties.

Served as Member Selection committee in organizations like Coal India , Damodar Valley Corporation, GRSE, Department of Posts , Govt of India and other private organizations.

Conducted detailed management development programme and market research for some established Retail and manufacturing and software organizations of National and International level. Have conducted training sessions for the Directors and Superintendants of the Indian Postal service. The training was imparted over general marketing issues, Branding, Customer Communications, Martket research , CRM etc. Training in a Management Development Programme with UCO Bank, a nationalized Bank of India. In this project was involved training mostly the chief managers of the Bank, area of training is ' Communicating with customers. The training is organized in mostly UCO Bank head offices all across India, traveling to the different cities. Did training programmes or the Department of Post , Govt. of India. Done perception study for B.M.Birla Heart Research Centre , the first NABH Hospital in India . Worked as Expert to Ministry of Human Resource Development , Government of India for Developing the Curriculum Documents for Skill Development Initiative in the Organised Retail Sector.

Acted as trainer and co coordinator for Training programme for Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI) for developing Marketing BDS for the Santiniketan leather products cluster.

Coordinator and designer of several training programmes in projects with Department of Tourism Government of West Bengal, Department of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal and Indian Railway and Catering and Tourism Corporation, Government of India.

Was also involved in organizing training programme for Tata Steel , Kalinga Nagar, Odhisa, Plant officers by IISWBM.

As Project leader in projects related to selection of senior officers at WBSRLM , Government of West Bengal regarding implementation of National Rural Livelihood Mission.

Involved in Organizing written examination for position of DSPM Rupshree Prakalpa, Department of Women and Child Welfare, Government of West Bengal on behalf of IISWBM in 2022.

As Subject Expert Committee to introduce the most coveted course "BBA in Media Management" under the University of Kalyani at Institute of Mass Communication & Film and television Studies. Affiliated to University of Kalyani, UGC and Ministry of Education

As an External Expert in the PhD registration seminar of 6 students of Department of Management Studies, JIS UNIVERSITY.

Taught business modules in City Business College, Barbican, London, UK. Taught subjects like Marketing Communications, Business Research Methodologies, Marketing Environment, Customer Interface and Marketing Management in professional courses like MBA, CIM, ABE, ICM & DMS and in the D.B.A. program.

Earlier also worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Development Consultants Ltd. India.

Represented India in The UNISCEP/ APETIT conference at Hanoi, Vietnam. Attended several conferences and seminars oragnised by Retailers Association of India in Mumbai, FICCI in Kolkata and Chennai, CII, ICC, BNCCI and other Chambers of commerce in Kolkata on the organized retail sector in India. Also attended and organized conferences of AIMA and NHRDN in Kolkata. Recently attended University of Riverside, Management Conference, Ontario, Los Angeles, USA.
